The decision of Yangzhou Municipal People's Government on publishing the results of cleaning up normative documents has been discussed and passed at the sixth municipal government executive meeting on June 20 17, and is hereby promulgated.

Decision of Yangzhou Municipal People's Government on Announcing the Results of Normative Document Cleaning

In order to better meet the requirements of comprehensively promoting administration according to law and building a government under the rule of law, according to the provisions of the Decision of the State Council on Strengthening Administration by Law of City and County Governments (Guo Fa [2008]17) on regularly cleaning up normative documents, the municipal government carried out a review of normative documents issued before 20 16 12 3 1. If the normative documents included in the revised catalogue are in conflict with the provisions of the superior law, the relevant departments shall promptly start the revision of the normative documents and report them to the municipal government for deliberation and re-announcement.
