The measures for the management of residential areas formulated by property management companies can be comprehensive management regulations, or special regulations can be formulated for different aspects, such as health conventions and security conventions. It is an important measure for property management companies to formulate rules for community management services, and management rules can only take effect after they are approved by the community owners' meeting or the property management Committee.

2, according to the property management contract and management measures to implement the management of residential areas, which is not only the exercise of rights but also the performance of obligations;

3, in accordance with the property management contract and the relevant provisions of the charge;

4. Have the right to stop violations of rules and regulations;

5. Have the right to ask the management committee for assistance. As the representative of the owner and user of the house, the management committee has the responsibility to assist the property management company to do a good job. Property management companies can report the major events or individual problems that are difficult to solve to the CMC, and have the right to ask the CMC to coordinate and solve them in accordance with the management regulations, and the CMC should give support and assistance.

6, have the right to hire a franchise company to undertake special management business. Property management is a multi-faceted management and service, and it is impossible for a property management company to meet all aspects of management conditions. Therefore, according to the needs of project management, some special businesses must be entrusted to other franchisees. For example, the special work such as cleaning roads, cleaning garbage and turning over dung wells in the community is subcontracted to cleaning companies and other units or personnel, and security companies are hired to undertake public security management in the community.
