Property obstacle

It is reasonable that the property stipulates that battery cars and bicycles cannot enter the elevator.

According to Article 50 of Chapter 5 of the Property Management Regulations, public buildings and public facilities built according to the plan in the property management area shall not be changed.

In other words, the elevator was originally designed for people to go up and down stairs, and its use cannot be changed. Residential elevators cannot be used as freight elevators (except when applying for moving, the property owner needs to be on duty).

Battery cars and bicycles can only be parked in the corridor when going upstairs, which is not conducive to the evacuation of people in case of accidents.
