The three members of the industry committee are on duty for a long time, and the monthly salary subsidy is 1300. The owners are talking about it, saying that they are sucking the blood of the owners. We have to take care of all the big and small things in the community, such as the dog pulling the cat's urine and trivial things. At least three big brothers retired at home without any complaints. As the director of the Committee, I and two deputy directors don't take any money, but also take time to deal with the affairs of the Committee and go to relevant departments to coordinate related matters. Other members are also selfless and unpaid, and they are still not recognized by a considerable number of people.

10 months later, I recruited property companies for the society and came to five properties. In the end, we chose a company with moderate fees (not the lowest) and good reputation in other communities. The contract is signed once a year, and the contract for the next year can be renewed after it is approved by more than 70% of the owners in the community. This directly transferred the contradiction between the owner and the industry Committee to the property. More often, the industry Committee plays the role of threading the needle and supervising the property. Because the property company is hired by the industry Committee, the relationship between the industry Committee and the property is still harmonious. I have moved out of this community for four years. At that time, the system formulated for the industry committee was still basically implemented, and the community management was relatively good in the local area.

The house I buy now is in a community with 380 families. This community is autonomous by the trade committee. Because most of the owners of the community (nearly half) are in the same unit, it is easier for the industry Committee to manage, so the management of the community is still in place.

Personally, I think most property companies still want to do well, but the interests of owners are complicated. It is difficult to find a balance between property and owners' interests. It is very important to set up an industry committee, but neither the industry committee nor the property can meet the needs of all owners, so it can only represent most owners, and there will always be some people who disregard the public interest for their own interests.
