(four) to carry out fire inspection, take corresponding measures in time to discourage and stop the owners and users from violating the provisions on fire safety management, and report to the relevant departments in time;

(five) to formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans, and regularly carry out fire drills.

Property service enterprises found that the fire facilities in the management area were damaged and needed to use special maintenance funds for maintenance, renewal and transformation, which should be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and this Municipality on residential property management. The city promotes the construction of the Internet of Things system of fire protection facilities and strengthens the remote monitoring of urban fire protection. Relevant units shall, in accordance with the national technical standards for fire protection in engineering construction, configure fire protection facilities such as automatic fire alarm system, fixed fire extinguishing system, smoke control system, etc., and set up an Internet of Things system for fire protection facilities in accordance with relevant regulations, and transmit the monitoring information to the fire protection big data application platform in real time.
