I. Work flow

Third, the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level, after examination, thinks that the applicant meets the conditions of being injured in the line of duty due to war, and informs him to go to the designated medical and health institution for disability appraisal due to war, and the medical and health expert group will issue the medical appraisal opinion of disability grade according to the military disability grade evaluation standard.

Four, the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level shall formulate the applicant's disability level according to the opinions of medical experts issued by the medical and health expert group and report it to the State Civil Affairs Bureau.

Five, the state civil affairs department to review the submitted materials, in the "assessment, adjustment of disability grade approval form" signed opinions, and stamped with the official seal. Meet the conditions, submit the above materials to the Provincial Civil Affairs Department.

Two. Prerequisites (application materials)
