Security guard/kloc-how to calculate the salary of 0/2 hour?

The salary of a security guard working 12 hours a day should be calculated as 1.5 times that of the overtime company working 8 hours plus 4 hours. However, many security guards have no overtime pay because of the irregularities of security companies and property management companies. In fact, this kind of behavior can be reported to the labor inspection brigade, but although it will safeguard its own interests after reporting, it will be dismissed by the unit for various reasons.

According to Article 36 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the state implements a working-hour system in which the daily working hours of laborers do not exceed eight hours and the average weekly working hours do not exceed forty-four hours.

Article 44 Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay wages higher than the wages of the workers during their normal working hours according to the following standards:

(1) If the laborer is arranged to work longer hours, he shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;

(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged to take compensatory time off, they shall be paid no less than 200% of their wages.

(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
