1. Longmen Grottoes (Grade 5A, World Cultural Heritage, ticket: 120 yuan)

Bus route: You can take bus No.81to Longmen Grottoes (1.5 yuan) at Luoyang Railway Station. After getting off, you can walk less than 1 km to reach the Longmen Grottoes ticket office. Longmen Station of Zhengzhou-Xi 'an high-speed railway in Luoyang has a special ticket window for Longmen Grottoes, which can directly reach the car ferry.

2. White Horse Temple (4A level, ticket: 50 yuan)

Baima Temple, with a history of more than 1940 years, is known as the "ancestral temple" of Buddhism in China, and it is the first official temple built after Buddhism was introduced into China. The Indian-style Buddhist temple on the west side of the White Horse Temple, known as the "Prime Minister Project" between China and India, was completed and opened to the outside world last year. This Buddhist temple was designed by Indian experts with reference to the architectural form of Shan Zhi Buddhist ruins garden, a world cultural heritage of India. The main stones are all from India and built by India. This is the first Buddhist temple in the world donated by the Indian government.

To the east of Baima Temple Scenic Area is the first Bhikuni Dojo in the Central Plains and the Yun Qi Tower rebuilt in the Jin Dynasty.

Its architectural pattern is the first of the three Guandi temples in China according to the regulations of the Forbidden City in Beijing in the Ming Dynasty.

4. Kaiyuan Lake Music Fountain in Luoyang New District (free)

10.2 million square meters of water surface, more than 300 meters of water curtain width, 100 meters of water column height, more than 5,000 nozzles, colorful and charming shape, worthy of its title of "Asia's first spray", especially when performing at night, its background is brightly lit new district buildings, which is very spectacular.

Performance time: According to the usual practice, the Peony Show will be open almost every night, about 8 pm, and each performance will last for 20-30 minutes, with free viewing.

Bus route: Take bus No.33 from the railway station and get off near Luoyang Municipal Government.

5. Tian Zi Driving Hall 6 (ticket: 30 yuan)

This place is in the center of the city, and it is about 1.5 km away from the railway station along Jinguyuan Road in the southeast. The most worth seeing in Tian Zi Jia Liu Museum is the Tian Zi Jia Liu Che Ma Hang, which is protected in its original site. The discovery of this chariot pit confirms that the rides in ancient Tian Zi were recorded by six horses, which is very precious. Although the museum is small, it is priceless, because it is a unique landscape in China. There are more than 390 Eastern Zhou tombs and 18 chariots and horses pits around, but most of them have been backfilled and protected.

6. Yellow River Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Scenic Area (4A level, ticket: 40 yuan)

Xiaolangdi Dam, the first dam of the Yellow River in Wan Li, is less than 40 kilometers away from Luoyang city and can be reached in more than half an hour. Xiaolangdi reservoir covers an area of more than 270 square kilometers, and there are many canyons on both sides, similar to the scenery of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, which is very rare in the north. A new dam, Xixiayuan Dam, has been erected 20 kilometers downstream of Xiaolangdi, which is similar to the relationship between the Three Gorges and Gezhouba.

Bus route: yesterday, the bus station next to the railway station to Xiaolangdi will do, which is very convenient.

7. Luoyang Ancient Art Museum (formerly tomb museum, usually free, I don't know whether it will be charged during the flower show)

This is the only large museum in China with the theme of ancient tombs. From the Western Han Dynasty to the Northern Song Dynasty, there were more than 20 tombs with different styles, all of which were moved from the surrounding areas, but all of them maintained their original structural styles, and many of them were imperial tombs.

It is worth seeing. However, we must be prepared. After all, it is in the tomb.

8. Historical and Cultural Blocks of Luoyang Ancient City

The Ming and Qing cultural blocks in the old city retain the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ancient banners in front of shops on both sides of West Street are very distinctive. The streets are covered with Luoyang palace lanterns, which look antique. It can be said that this is the most historic place in Luoyang City, and the famous Chinese time-honored "Really Different" hotel is also in the old city. The old city is also the gathering place of Luoyang traditional snacks.

Bus route: You can take Bus No.5 from the railway station and get off at Xiguan in the old city, then walk along Lijingmen Tower and enter the West Street in the old city.

9. Dingdingmen Ruins Museum (free for the time being, I don't know whether it will be charged during the flower show).

Dingding Gate is the south gate of Luoyang City in Sui and Tang Dynasties. From the Sui Dynasty to the Northern Song Dynasty, Dingdingmen was used for 530 years, and it was the longest used ancient city gate discovered in China. As a national key cultural relics protection project, Dingdingmen Ruins Museum was completed and opened to the public from June 5 to/kloc-0 to October 38, 2009. The gatehouse has three floors, with a height of 28.6 meters, of which the underground floor is for site display, and the above-ground two floors are used as museums to display related cultural relics, which are built to protect the original gatehouse. Rutting marks and camel's hoof prints of the Tang Dynasty more than 1000 years ago were also found in the square on the south side of the city gate, and an in-situ conservation exhibition is planned.
