Three, product quality and installation and debugging requirements:

1. Party B shall provide Party A with genuine equipment that meets the national product quality standards as required, and shall not shoddy it for any reason. If any non-genuine equipment is found, Party B will pay ten for one. Without the consent of Party A, the scheme shall not be changed at will. And provide relevant quality certificates, certificates, manuals, related software and other materials of each equipment.

2. The contract equipment provided by Party B shall ensure that the internal and external packaging of the products are intact. If it does not meet the requirements, Party A has the right to require Party B to replace the qualified products immediately until the contract is terminated. All losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B. ..

3. After signing the contract, Party B shall be responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment according to Party A's requirements, with reasonable layout, standardized wiring, convenient use and maintenance, and in line with relevant national technical standards.

4. Party A shall provide the installation site and power supply.

Four. Technical standards and quality assurance

(1) wiring standard: The wiring construction of Party B's monitoring system shall strictly follow the International Technical Specification for Civil Closed-circuit Surveillance Television System (GB50 198-94).

(2) The equipment provided by Party B is based on the product technical data provided by the manufacturer.

(3) Party B guarantees that the products supplied by this project are all products stipulated in the contract, and the packaging is the original packaging. Provide proof of supply when products enter the site, and carry out construction after Party A's acceptance. ..

(4) See Annex 1 (Description of Quality Assurance in Project Price Summary) for the quality assurance of monitoring lines and equipment by Party B.

Six, after-sales service:

1. From the date of acceptance, the quality guarantee period of all products and spare parts provided by Party B shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the tender. During the warranty period, if there is any product quality problem, Party B shall be responsible for free replacement or maintenance. After the warranty period expires, Party B shall calculate the expenses when repairing the equipment. The replacement product must be new, and the warranty period starts from then on.

2. For all kinds of failures caused by product quality problems, Party B shall respond within ×× hours after receiving the failure maintenance notice from Party A, and solve the failures within ×× hours. If the fault cannot be solved within ×× hours, Party B shall provide spare products not lower than the original equipment standard to ensure the normal class of the school.

3. Nine. Liability for breach of contract:

1. Party B must complete the supply, installation and debugging on time, in good quality and quantity (i.e. the specifications and models of equipment required by the contract) in strict accordance with the contract requirements, and deliver them to Party A for use. In case of breach of contract, Party A shall be paid a penalty of 0. 1% of the total contract price for each day of breach of contract; If the breach of contract exceeds 10 days, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused thereby.

2. After Party B performs the contract, Party A guarantees to pay the contract money to Party B on time. In case of default, Party A shall pay Party B 0. 1% of the total contract price for each day of default.

X this contract shall be implemented in accordance with People's Republic of China (PRC) contract law, People's Republic of China (PRC) product quality law, consumer protection law and other relevant laws and regulations.
