The tallest building in Xiamen

Xiamen International Center is located in Lujiang Road, Xiamen, across the sea from Gulangyu Island. The total construction area is about 185600 square meters, and the building height is 339.88 meters, with 4 floors underground and 6 1 floor above ground. Among several higher floors in Xiamen, Fortune Center 192m is high, Jianfa International Building is 2 19m high, and the spire of Shimao Strait Building is 300m high. According to the current plan, Xiamen International Center will set a new record for tall buildings in Fujian after its completion, and its height of 339 meters will make it the tallest building in Fujian.

In addition to the tarmac on the top floor, another highlight of this tall building is that a proprietary viewing platform will be built on the floor below the top floor, and the scenery of the whole Ludao will be unobstructed.

According to the design, the first high-rise building will have five refuge floors, the helipad at the top can be used for rescue, the external walls of the floors are provided with fire emergency rescue windows, and the internal design of the refuge floors, water supply guarantee of the high-rise building, automatic alarm and fire fighting facilities are also perfect to ensure personnel escape and emergency rescue.
