Is Luoyang Jianye Dingdingfu unfinished?

Luoyang Jianye Dingdingfu Project is a high-end property developed by Henan Jianye Group. In view of the current sluggish construction market in Luoyang and various reasons, the project has been in a state of suspension since the Spring Festival. My neighbor is doing construction in their project, and the details are not very clear. Anyway, the project is not finished yet.

Luoyang, referred to as Luoyi and Luo Jing for short, is a prefecture-level city in Henan Province and a sub-central city of Central Plains urban agglomeration. The total area of Luoyang is 15230 square kilometers, of which the urban area is 2274 square kilometers, the east-west length is about 179 kilometers, and the north-south width is about 168 kilometers.
