Can the gas be changed at will?

People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Measures for the Administration of Town Gas" to standardize gas management, of which Article 29 stipulates as follows:

Gas users shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) according to the use plan, the correct use of gas.

(two) it is forbidden to steal or transfer fuel gas.

(3) It is forbidden to heat liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.

(4) It is forbidden to dump bottled gas and residual liquid. Residual liquid is dumped by gas supply enterprises.

(five) it is forbidden to change the cylinder inspection mark without authorization.

(six) it is forbidden to dismantle, install or modify gas measuring instruments and gas facilities.

(seven) water heaters, air conditioners and other equipment fueled by pipeline gas must be approved by gas supply enterprises and installed by units with corresponding qualification certificates.

(eight) other acts as prescribed by laws and regulations.

The sixth item clearly points out that users cannot modify gas facilities by themselves.
