New Regulations of Hunan Property Fees in 2022

Hunan Province revised the Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges in Hunan Province, which came into effect on May 15, 2022, with a validity period of 5 years.

There are 25 Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges in Hunan Province, and the main amendments are as follows:

First, the pricing forms and procedures of ordinary commercial housing and villas.

Second, the government-guided price is applied to three expenses, namely, "purchase parking space property service fee, decoration service fee and decoration garbage cleaning fee".

Third, the time node when the construction unit delivers the house to the buyer must be a substantive delivery procedure.

The fourth is the time node when the property service personnel record the property.

Fifth, how to adjust the property fee of the government-guided price standard during the implementation of the pre-property service.

Sixth, the property fee paid for vacant houses that have been delivered but not yet occupied shall not exceed 90%.
