3. Check the fire fighting system, contact and organize the construction unit to debug and put into operation the potential safety hazards existing in the pre-high fire fighting water tank that has not been put into operation. After that, the organizers also cleaned up the equipment hygiene between the fire water tanks.

4. Organize personnel to refuel the valves of the water supply system and clean the wells.

Pay attention to details, find problems and solve problems.

During the inspection, it was found that the screws of the courtyard lawn lamp and the central square pole lamp were rusted. Although this matter is not big, if it is not replaced, it will bring a lot of inconvenience to future maintenance work. After that, apply for material procurement and organize replacement in time to ensure convenient maintenance in the future, saving time and effort.

Five, the focus of the new year's work

1. Assist the department manager to make the maintenance plan of box-type transformer, and at the same time prepare the operation procedures of power outage plan and report it to the company leader.

2. Improve the insulation of all pipes of the CMC, such as fire hydrants, water supply valves, water watering points, etc.

3. Before winter comes, comprehensively check the air conditioning equipment of the CMC to ensure the normal use of heating in winter.
