How to manage the dog walking in the community

There are more and more people walking dogs in the community. Sometimes I hear that dogs hurt people or scare people. From the perspective of building a harmonious community, I would like to give some comments and suggestions on property management:

1, widely publicize the Interim Measures for the Administration of Dog Breeding in Chongqing, so that dog-raising families can clearly define their responsibilities and obligations;

2, advocate civilized dog walking: there must be a dog chain traction when walking the dog; Carrying garbage bags and other fecal cleaners; Avoid fighting and barking between puppies; Strong dogs or aggressive dogs wear muzzle, etc.

3. Property management personnel should always remind and guide uncivilized dog walking behavior;

4. If necessary, the Convention on Civilized Dog Raising can be implemented in the community, so that dog-raising families can sign the Convention on Civilized Dog Raising. Door-to-door publicity can be adopted, which will not only let the owners know the necessity of civilized dog raising, but also have a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of dog raising in the community;

5, or property management can come forward, the person in charge can set up a community dog-raising association with blue valley characteristics, and positively guide dog-raising behavior through pictures, movies, training lectures and other forms;
