Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Leasing shall submit the following materials for the registration of housing leasing:

(1) Housing lease contract;

(two) the identity certificate of the parties to the house lease;

(three) housing ownership certificate or other legal ownership certificate;

(four) other materials stipulated by the competent department of construction (real estate) of the people's governments of municipalities directly under the central government, cities and counties.

The materials submitted by the parties to the house lease shall be true, lawful and effective, and shall not conceal the real situation or provide false materials.

Article 16 Where the following conditions are met, the competent department of construction (real estate) of the people's government of the municipality directly under the Central Government, the city or the county shall handle the registration and filing of house lease within 3 working days, and issue a certificate of house lease registration and filing to the leasing parties:

(1) The application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and conform to the legal form;

(2) The lessor is consistent with the subject recorded in the house ownership certificate or other legal ownership certificate;

If the application materials submitted by the applicant are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the competent department of construction (real estate) of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county shall inform the parties of the contents that need to be corrected.
