3. Home isolation personnel should live alone. If there are people living together, they should take control measures together with the isolated people at home. Refuse all visits during the period of home isolation. You are not allowed to go out in principle. If it is really necessary to go out, it must be carefully judged and approved by the medical observation and management personnel in the community, and strict travel protection measures should be taken to avoid going to crowded places. Those who go out without authorization will be transferred to centralized isolation, and the isolation period will be recalculated at their own expense.

4, home isolation personnel should conduct a temperature measurement and self-health monitoring every morning and evening, and report the monitoring results to community medical observation and management personnel. Community workers can pay attention to the health status of isolated people at home through various non-contact methods such as WeChat and video, and make monitoring records.

5. The community is responsible for sampling family nucleic acids for people who are isolated at home. Community workers record the information of each nucleic acid test in detail, so that their minds are clear and the data of nucleic acid test are clear. For those who are isolated after the expiration of home isolation and the nucleic acid test results are negative, the community where they live will issue the Notice of Removing Home Isolation to remove home isolation.
