The selection results of Lucheng District were released.

A few days ago, the reporter learned from Lucheng District Civilization Office that the selection results of Lucheng Community have been released, and Binhu Jinyuan and other 12 communities were listed as "the most beautiful property service communities", while Shangdoumen 12 Tuandong Community and other six communities were "the worst property service communities".

Starting from 65438+February last year, the participating communities competed for "the most beautiful property service community" and "the worst property service community" respectively. After four stages: expert field evaluation, owner evaluation, street community evaluation and public evaluation, the selection results were finally finalized.

Relevant personnel of Lucheng District Civilization Office introduced that "the most beautiful property service community" was praised and rewarded by relevant units. The selected "worst property service community" will be notified to the relevant units and ordered to make rectification within a time limit. Refusing to rectify, it is suggested that the relevant units should be punished until the rectification is re-evaluated and confirmed, and then delisted in the following year.
