1. Under the direct leadership of the property manager, be responsible for the daily management of the project;
2. Be responsible for the takeover, acceptance and handover of the new project property, and solve the engineering problems left over after takeover;
3. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and safety inspection of the main buildings and facilities and equipment (including electromechanical, fire fighting, power supply and other major equipment) in the public area of the property under its jurisdiction;
4. Responsible for the timely handling and maintenance of equipment failures or hidden dangers, to ensure that all kinds of equipment can be used normally, and to ensure that the system equipment under its jurisdiction is in a good technical state; Do "three no leaks" (no oil leakage, no air leakage and no water leakage) and "five good" (good service performance, good sealing, good lubrication, good fastening and good adjustment).
