According to official website of Fuyang Housing and Construction Bureau, Xinying Yayuan, located in yingdong district, Fuyang City, is a key shantytown renovation project in Fuyang City, and it is also the first "agent construction+resettlement" model renovation project in Fuyang City. The purpose of this project is to improve the living conditions of local residents, and to carry out the construction in a government-led and market-oriented way. Upon completion, Xinying Yayuan will be provided to local residents as a resettlement house.
