The change of company address asks the question of real estate license

First of all, the property manager is talking nonsense to you without explaining the housing nature of their property.

You should first consider from two aspects.

1) The house you rent is not a commercial house.

Solution: The address that does not belong to the commercial house cannot be registered in the company. There is no other way but to rent another office building.

In fact, if the business license address is not changed across regions and the tax payment place remains unchanged, there is no need to change it. You might as well rent a commercial house, which is cost-effective and economical (unless you really have special reasons).

2) The house you rent belongs to the commercial house.

If the house you rent is a commercial house, you don't need to find any property, which has nothing to do with them. You only need the landlord to show the original property certificate, which indicates the nature of the house you are renting. After reading it, the Industrial and Commercial Taxation Bureau has no reason not to go through the formalities of changing your address.

This situation does exist in some real estate projects. Since it is separate, you can hold the owner's real estate license and property theory. In this case, giving the property manager a red envelope will definitely prove it to you!
