Zhao Moumou, a native of Weidu District, Xuchang City, Henan Province, is a staff member of Chengxiao Village, Wangcun Township, fengqiu county, Sinochem Modern Agriculture Henan Co., Ltd.

On May 3, 2022, I drove from Xuchang to Sinochem Modern Agricultural Station in Chengxiao Village, Wangcun Township, fengqiu county. /kloc-around 0/4: 50, I drove the vehicle to Wuqiu Township, Changyuan City for delivery. At about 17: 30, I drove my car back to Fengqiu's residence. Probably 19 arrived at fengqiu county's residence and never went out again.

I didn't go out in the morning of May 5th. I went to fengqiu county People's Hospital for nucleic acid detection at 12: 30, then went back to Fengqiu's residence and never went out again.

On the morning of May 6th, I didn't go out. 12 I went to Sinochem Modern Agricultural Station near Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Xun County, Hebi City to pick up the goods, and then I went back to Fengqiu's residence and never went out again.

In the early morning of May 8, I was subjected to centralized isolation medical observation.

Zhao's nucleic acid test results were negative on May 3rd, May 5th and May 7th.
