(four) unauthorized construction of buildings, structures, billboards and commercial service stalls on roads, open spaces and roofs;

(six) the discharge of toxic and harmful substances or excessive discharge of noise;
(seven) trample, occupy green space, damage flowers and trees;
(eight) littering, sewage, littering;
(9) Posting, scribbling and portraying on buildings, structures and trees;
(ten) illegal driving, parking, honking;
(eleven) other acts prohibited by national laws, regulations, rules and property management conventions.
