The purchaser shall, within 2 working days from the date of signing the government procurement contract, announce the government procurement contract in the media designated by the financial department of the people's government at or above the provincial level, except for the contents involving state secrets and commercial secrets in the government procurement contract. The publicity of procurement contracts will further improve the transparency of government procurement information and strengthen public supervision of government procurement results.

Legal basis: Article 50 The parties to a government procurement contract shall not alter, suspend or terminate the contract without authorization. If the continued performance of the government procurement contract will harm the public interests of the state and society, both parties shall modify, suspend or terminate the contract. The party at fault shall be liable for compensation. If both parties are at fault, they shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
