How to do the stress test?

1) Before pressure test, close the gate valve and main heating valve behind the water meter.

2) Plug the end of the pressure test pipeline, slowly inject water, and exhaust the gas in the pipeline at the same time. Check the seal after filling with water.

3) Manual pump or electric pump shall be used to slowly boost the pressure, and the boosting time shall not be less than 10 minute.

4) After rising to the specified test pressure (generally 8 pressure), stop pressurizing and observe whether there is water seepage at the joint.

5) After voltage stabilization, the internal pressure drop within half an hour is less than 0.05MPa, which is qualified.

6) After the pressure test, the original records must be made and signed for confirmation.

Some points for attention in suppression

1. Close the gate valve behind the water meter during pressure test to avoid damaging the water meter during pressure test.

2. Whether there is water seepage at the main plug and each joint when pressing.

3. In the process of pressure suppression, pressure drop may occur due to leakage of water meter valve or household master valve.
