Property collection fee

This topic investigates the collection and payment of property services. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property service enterprises, and maintain the market trading principles and business rules, the Property Management Regulations clearly stipulate that property service enterprises collect and remit various public utility fees. Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users. The realty service enterprise shall not charge additional fees such as handling fees to the owners if it accepts the entrusted collection of money. The Measures for the Administration of Property Service Charges further clarifies that if a property service enterprise accepts the entrustment to collect the above fees, it may charge the entrusting unit a handling fee.
