Change the use of property management houses

Legal analysis: Property management house, also known as property service house, is built in accordance with the relevant provisions of real estate development and construction, and is handed over to the collective house of the owners by the development and construction unit when the owners move in. The ownership of the property management house belongs to the owner according to law. After the owners' meeting is unified, the property service enterprise has the right to change the use of the property management house.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Regulations on Property Management The ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property service enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house.
