The conditions for foreigners to buy a house in Hainan are as follows:

After the first set of purchase contract is signed online for the record, you can buy a second set of housing;

3. Houses purchased by non-registered households in Hainan Province: At least one family member must provide a personal income tax or social security certificate that has been paid for 24 months or more in Hainan Province, and the house of 1 can be purchased (including second-hand houses, excluding property hotels, and buying houses outside Hainan Province is not counted as points). After the first set of purchase contract is signed online for the record, the second set of housing can be purchased.

The process for mainlanders to buy a house in Hainan is as follows:

1. Bring personal ID card, temporary residence permit, purchase contract and approval form to the real estate bureau to submit the application for purchase;

2. Bring personal ID card, temporary residence permit, purchase contract, approval form, social security or personal income tax certificate to the real estate bureau to submit an application for purchase;

3. Fill in the application form and submit the application for house purchase to the Real Estate Bureau;

4. Sign a house purchase contract and pay the house price.

To sum up, according to the Notice on Further Stabilizing the Real Estate Market, the global purchase restriction policy will be further strictly implemented.
