Property fees can be used to buy food and distribute it.

Property fees include: greening maintenance fees; Cleaning and sanitation costs; Order maintenance cost; Office expenses; Daily operation and maintenance expenses of facilities, equipment and parts of the property; Depreciation of fixed assets of property management enterprises; Property * * * facilities and equipment, * * * spare parts and public liability insurance fees; Manage the salary, social insurance and welfare expenses of service personnel as required; Other expenses agreed by the owner.

Buying food is not included in the property fee.
