Do not accept the decoration of the property.

According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Construction's Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration:

Article 5. The following acts are prohibited in residential interior decoration activities: (1) changing the main body and load-bearing structure of the building without the original design unit or the design unit with corresponding qualification grade putting forward the design scheme.

It is normal for you to change the main structure of the building without authorization, and the property will not be accepted, but whether it will affect the real estate license is not up to the property management department. Moreover, the property has no right to influence the owner to handle the property right certificate.

However, if the property company reports your illegal decoration to the Housing Authority, the Housing Authority may find you in trouble, or at least ask you to restore the initial state of the building structure.
