How to deal with security guards scolding owners?

The security guard scolded the owner for solving the following problems:

1. The security guard can complain to the property management company where he works, and the property management company will be fined, and if the circumstances are serious, he will be dismissed.

2. If the property management company does not handle it, it will go directly to the local real estate administration to complain and be punished to suspend business for rectification.
