I am also the owner of Yinfeng Home, and the purchase contract requires the owner to pay. I checked some documents, and the cost is the building area multiplied by 15 plus the supporting fee 1200 yuan. The Finance Bureau and the Real Estate Management Bureau issued the document [2009] 1 14, aiming at regulating the price and charging behavior of the parties in the process of commercial housing sales. 1. As the supporting fee for urban infrastructure, the supporting fee for heating and gas supply network is an integral part of the price of commercial housing.
