First, take the initiative to register and report. Please report to the destination township 48 hours in advance before returning to China, and report the school's territory, name, ID number, contact number, "code two" status, return time, transportation, return address and other related information in detail.

Second, strengthen protection on the way. Please plan the route in advance before returning to China, simplify the itinerary as much as possible, save the time on the way and reduce the risk of infection. On the way home, please take safe means of transportation, strictly protect yourself, wear masks regularly throughout the journey, minimize communication with passengers in the same car, keep a distance and avoid gathering; Try to avoid high-frequency contact with public facilities such as door handles and handrails, wash your hands in time or wipe them with quick-drying hand disinfectant after contact, and do a good job in hand hygiene; Change the mask in time after getting off the bus.

Third, cooperate with epidemic prevention work. When returning, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. After returning, you should actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention regulations such as temperature measurement, code detection, nucleic acid detection and health management, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures in different categories. For people who travel to and from high-risk areas and counties, counties where positive people are infected, and low-risk areas where health codes are red, yellow and travel codes are marked with asterisks, relevant responsible units shall be arranged to assign special personnel to be responsible for point-to-point transportation, and corresponding control measures such as centralized isolation and home isolation shall be implemented. For those who come to and return to the county with no abnormality in "two certificates and two codes" in non-epidemic low-risk areas, nucleic acid detection is carried out twice, that is, once after landing nucleic acid, once after 24 hours and once within 48 hours. Until the results of the second nucleic acid test come out, they must stay at home and take personal protection.

Fourth, do a good job in health monitoring. The summer vacation is long, so everyone should always pay attention to their physical conditions, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., and report to their village as soon as possible, and go to the fever clinic nearby regularly for medical treatment.
