The troupe is mainly composed of performance producers, and each performance is performed by famous stage artists, movie stars and artistic rookies. Since the establishment of 19, more than 100 plays and musicals have been performed, which are popular with novel ideas, diverse forms and renewed advocacy of American drama spirit. Troupe often leads the new trend of performance market, such as the first popular movie star drama, the first cross-strait dramatist performing on the same stage, the first online drama, a series of big coffee dramas, the first white-collar fashion drama trilogy, psychological theater trilogy, Agatha suspense drama performance season for three consecutive years, and popular suspense drama performance season in Europe and America.

As the experimental base of drama performance art, the troupe has stimulated the vitality and artistic pursuit of a large number of young highly educated creators, made the troupe's performances have high taste, won the love of young audiences, and established an open modern drama management model. The troupe has signed many outstanding drama actors, screenwriters, directors and stage professional and technical creators all the year round. At present, the troupe has four performance teams and a large-scale beauty production center, and has signed a contract with the Shanghai Grand Theatre to perform fashion and classic plays by the resident troupe. At the same time, it has jointly operated the Guangxin suspense theater with 80 years of history, staged suspense dramas all the year round, launched the first environmental theater in Jiangwan Stadium, and cooperated with Chuangzhi Tiandi to launch Chuangzhi Dream Theater. More than 30 plays and more than 500 performances were performed throughout the year.
