The municipal administrative department of residential special maintenance funds shall, according to the changes in the cost per square meter of residential construction and installation projects in this Municipality, timely adjust the deposit standard of the first phase of residential special maintenance funds. (four) other materials as prescribed by laws, regulations and rules.
