The conditions for applying for the property enterprise manager certificate are as follows:

A property management enterprise manager with a college degree or above (or equivalent); Department manager with secondary specialized school education or above (or equivalent); Application materials: electronic version of the highest academic certificate, electronic version of the front and back of the ID card, and electronic version of two-inch color photos. Content of property manager certificate examination

Candidates with a full score of 100 and a score of 60 or above are qualified and can receive the certificate of property manager.
