Does the owner have the right to inquire about the funds in the supervision account?

The owner has no right to check the flow of funds in the supervision account. The reason for this is the following：

1. The fund supervision account can be inquired at the bank or the fund supervision center. The fund supervision account, also known as third-party supervision, is mainly used for real estate transactions. It is transferred by the real estate administrative department in conjunction with the "special account" for fund supervision opened by banks and institutions with guarantee qualifications and belongs to banks.

2. When dealing with the sale of second-hand houses, residents may encounter a fund supervision account. Generally, buyers need to put money into this account first to avoid unnecessary disputes between buyers and sellers.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Property Management.

Owners in the same property management area shall, under the guidance of the real estate administrative department of the district or county people's government where the property is located or the subdistrict office or the township people's government, set up the owners' meeting and elect the owners' committee. However, if there is only one owner, or if the number of owners is small and all owners agree unanimously, it is decided not to set up the owners' meeting, and the owners will jointly perform the duties of the owners' meeting and the owners' committee.

What rights does the owner enjoy?

1. Accept the services provided by the realty service enterprise according to the stipulations of the realty service contract;

2. Propose to convene a meeting of the owners' congress to make suggestions on matters related to property management;

3. Put forward suggestions on formulating and amending the management regulations and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

4. Participate in the owners' meeting and exercise the right to vote;

5. Elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected;

6. Supervise the work of the owners' committee;
