According to the "Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities" of the Ministry of Education, combined with the fact that the management focus of multi-campus in our school has shifted downwards, these regulations are formulated:

First, the student dormitory is an important place for students to study and live in school, an important classroom for students to carry out ideological and moral education and behavior cultivation, and an important position for the construction of spiritual civilization in the school. Strengthening the management of dormitory civilization construction, creating a "clean, beautiful and orderly" dormitory environment, cultivating students' civilized behavior habits, and cultivating a new generation with ideals, morality, culture and discipline are concrete measures to comprehensively implement the education policy of the party and the state and strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization.

Second, students in our school must live in dormitories and beds designated by the school and are not allowed to change dormitories and beds at will. Students are not allowed to stay outside without permission. Once verified, the school will give corresponding disciplinary action. At the same time, the consequences of personal injury and property loss caused by students renting houses without approval shall be borne by the students themselves. Students are not allowed to stay outside the dormitory. If there are special circumstances, you should obtain the permission of the building manager and register for accommodation before you can move in.

Three. Accommodation students should consciously obey the education and management of the staff of the property management center and develop good study and living habits. Students are prohibited from sleeping late, drinking, booing, throwing things or burning things in the dormitory during class, and lighting candles is prohibited in the dormitory.

Four, boys are not allowed to enter the girls' dormitory, lunch break and after 9 pm, girls are not allowed to enter or stay in the boys' dormitory; Those who call the door to enter the building after the lights-out time will be treated as late and given the informed criticism of the whole hospital.

Five, students should take good care of public property, all indoor equipment and furniture shall not be damaged or lost, and should be returned in full when leaving school after graduation. Man-made damage and loss should be compensated according to the price. All dormitories should save electricity and water, and students' dormitories should use electricity and water in a fixed amount. If they exceed a fixed number, they should pay an extra fee. It is strictly forbidden to pull wires without permission and use electric appliances such as electric stoves, electric cups, high-power stereos, electric irons, electric heaters and rapid heating in the dormitory. Offenders will be given informed criticism to the whole school except confiscation, and the fire accident caused by illegal electricity use will be investigated for responsibility according to law.

6. Students should take good care of their belongings, don't put more than RMB in cash in the dormitory, and lock the door when they leave the dormitory. For students who were stolen during class and caused economic losses, the public security department has verified that they belong to foreigners' burglary, and the economic responsibility of the personnel on duty should be investigated.

Seven, during the winter and summer vacations, students' dormitory in principle to implement "closed" management, such as due to study and other factors need to stay in school, the school to implement centralized and unified arrangements for accommodation, students staying in school should be required to handle the relevant accommodation procedures, pay the necessary water and electricity property deposit.

Eight, holiday students go out, go through the relevant examination and approval procedures in the college, and those who fail to return within the time limit are regarded as outside.

Nine, each dormitory should conscientiously do a good job in indoor sanitation, strictly implement the health duty system, strictly implement the dormitory garbage removal time stipulated by the community, and ensure the cleaning staff in public places. In accordance with the principles of neatness, beauty, elegance and convenience for life, it is strictly forbidden to scribble, paste or draw on walls and furniture to create civilized dormitories. No spitting, littering, waste batteries, water and sewage. It is forbidden to bring box lunch into the dormitory. Pay attention to keep the bathroom clean and respect the cleaner's work.

Ten, students according to the civilized dormitory appraisal method, in the school named civilized dormitory (campus civilized dormitory, college civilized dormitory) qualified dormitory, unqualified dormitory.

Eleven, after the selection of civilized dormitory, by the school (college) to give recognition, and awarded honorary certificates, hanging "civilized dormitory" brand, civilized dormitory is an important indicator of the assessment of class work, group work, party work, is an important aspect of investigating the performance of activists joining the party, is an important condition for the school to select outstanding students and outstanding student cadres. Members of uncivilized dormitories are generally not considered in the selection. Classes with more civilized dormitories will be given priority when selecting excellent class groups.
