According to the Regulations on Urban Heating Management in Taiyuan, the heating time in Taiyuan is from 20221October1to March 3 1 2023. In case of special circumstances, the government can adjust the heating time.

The "Regulations" also stipulates that the room temperature of residential heat users should be kept at18 2℃, and the indoor temperature of non-residential heat users should be subject to national standards or agreed by both parties in the heating contract.

Payment method:

In the heating area in the north of the city, residents in residential areas with property fees can pay property fees, including cash, POS cards, Alipay and WeChat.

In the community where the heating power in the north of the city is directly charged, residents can pay their own fees through the "online payment" function in the official WeChat account of "Taiyuan Chengbei Heating Co., Ltd.", or through ICBC offline outlets, self-service payment terminals or mobile App.

Residents can also pay fees at the Chengbei Heating Charge Service Center located at No.6 Hexian Street, hengshan road.
