How to apply for a property manager?

According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Construction, the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Personnel on the Management of Key Positions of Construction Enterprises and Institutions (Jiao Jian [1991] No.522) and the Notice of the Ministry of Construction on Implementing the Post Training System for Managers, Department Managers and Administrative Managers of Property Management Enterprises (Jian Gui [1996] 4 Notice of the Ministry of Construction on On-the-job Training In order to ensure the issuance of certificates from 1999 65438+ 10/,we printed the national property management practitioners' certificates and formulated the certificate management measures. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, all localities and training institutions should conscientiously implement the "National Measures for the Administration of Post Certificates of Property Management Practitioners" and strictly implement the certificate issuance and management system.

Second, according to the specific situation, all localities have formulated and organized the implementation of the certificate re-examination verification method, and reported it to the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Housing and Real Estate Department for the record.

3. The Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction and the housing construction department will regularly check the issuance and management of certificates in various localities and training institutions, and severely deal with units that violate the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Certificates.

4. The codes of training institutions for managers of property management enterprises are: Ministry of Construction Cadre College "33 1", Tianjin National Real Estate Industry Training Center "3332", Shenzhen National Real Estate Industry Training Center "3333", Ministry of Construction National Urban Construction Training Center "3334" and Shanghai Real Estate Industry Education Center "3335".

Five, the certificate printing fee is charged to the student training fee, and no additional fees are allowed.

After receiving the notice, all localities and training institutions should contact the Professional Talents and Training Department of the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction to apply for the certificate.
