The temperature below the top is not up to standard.

3. After the appraisal is made by the engineering quality supervision department, the owner should first take a proactive attitude and negotiate with the developer. If negotiation fails, the owner may complain to the Consumers Association, the Construction Committee and other departments or bring a lawsuit directly to the court.
