Ownership of residential elevator advertising fee

Legal analysis: the advertising fee in the elevator in the community should be owned by the owner. As for who owns the advertising fee for elevators in residential areas and the provisions of the Property Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the owners of residential areas enjoy exclusive ownership of the purchased housing units, and some external walls, elevators and corridors of buildings enjoy ownership. In other words, the use right and income of the elevator in the community should be owned by the owner.

Legal basis: Article 27 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the owner shall not dispose of the ownership or right to use the parts and facilities of the property.
