Wudian Village became a village in Qing Dynasty. Because near Jiaotong Avenue, a family named Wu originally opened a car shop here, so it was named Wudian Village. The village is located in Huangxinzhuang, 0.5km northwest of Fangshan District, separated from Xinggong Community, and adjacent to Long Huayuan Community, Fangshan Adult Education Center, Beijing Garden School, Electric Power Equipment Research Institute and Repair Shop in the north. 0.7 km southeast is Houdian Village. 1983 villagers' committees were established. There is no test of where the ancestors of the villagers moved here to settle down. The village is located in the plain area, with an elevation of about 45 meters. This street runs from east to west.

The original ancient building (temple) in Wudian Village was built in an unknown dynasty, then called Guandi Temple. In September 2002, in view of the renovation of dilapidated houses in the village, it was really necessary to demolish the Guandi Temple in the village, and the value of its continued preservation was not great, and the dilapidated houses were in danger of collapse at any time. Therefore, after receiving the demolition instruction, I asked the Cultural Commission to dismantle it.

Wudian Village has an agricultural population of more than 700, with a permanent population of 1.500. Wudian Village has been rebuilt from 1997 * * Building 12, covering an area of nearly 60,000 square meters. Among them, 3 buildings were moved back, and about 60% of the residents in the village moved.

Since 1987, small and medium-sized enterprises such as timber factory, metal structure factory, paint factory and food factory have been built in Wudian village, which has promoted the transformation of rural areas from agriculture to commerce and enterprises and promoted the economic development of Wudian. However, with the law of social development, all township enterprises and villagers' enterprises went bankrupt and disappeared.

Since 1990, the village has concentrated investment and expanded commercial housing on a large scale, which has brought our village's economy to a new level, and the annual rental income has reached more than1500,000 yuan.

Since 2000, the village party branch has carefully analyzed the economic development form in this area, and thinks that the rental income of commercial housing, as the main economic income of the village, can no longer meet the development needs of the five stores, and will eventually withdraw from the historical stage. To this end, the village raised funds from various sources and built a water supply center with a daily water supply of 1 10,000 tons and a heating center with a designed heating area of1.20,000 square meters. Bought an office building of 3,500 square meters and built a flower center with a building area of 6,000 square meters. District leaders, Gu Jinsuo, Liu, Liu and Zhao Shufen attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Flower Center. Zhao Dongsheng, former mayor of Liangxiang Town, and Zhiming Guo, deputy mayor, spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony. At present, the enterprises in the village can bring about 3.5 million fixed income to our village every year, which makes the village economy develop healthily.

By 2008, the total income of rural economy was 274.68 million yuan, the total income of enterprises was 27 1.824 million yuan, the total profit was 22.366 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 1.2448 million yuan, the fiscal tax revenue was 2.5 million yuan, and the per capita labor income was1.

Each villager can receive 50 kilograms of rice and 50 kilograms of noodles distributed by the village collective every quarter; Men over the age of 60 and women over the age of 50 receive monthly retirement subsidies from 320 yuan, and village collectives also contribute to the rural cooperative medical care for all villagers. Villagers drink water free of charge, and villagers living in the building enjoy half-price concessions on heating costs and are free of property fees.

The village is facing a new strategic shift, promoting the project process of Yangguang CD District, accelerating the pace of the overall collection and transformation of the five stores, transforming the village from villagers to residents, and further promoting the idea of farmers turning to residents and residents turning to shareholders.
