Where is the electric meter in the elevator room usually installed?

The electric meter in the elevator room is generally next to the elevator power distribution control box in the elevator room. If there is an elevator without machine room and escalator, the elevator power distribution control box is near the elevator without machine room and escalator.

Installation method of extended ammeter: 1. Elevator power distribution control box (installed by water and electricity installation unit) is generally equipped with double power automatic transfer switch, elevator power air switch and several AC220V power switches. The commercial power and standby power are installed at the input end of the dual-power automatic transfer switch, the output end of the dual-power automatic transfer switch is connected with the input end of the elevator air switch, and the output end of the elevator air switch is connected with the elevator power supply control box provided by the elevator manufacturer (installed by the elevator installation unit). The input end of the elevator air switch in the elevator power distribution control box is connected with a single-phase AC220V power switch.

2. When installing the electric meter, the output end of the dual-power automatic transfer switch is connected to the input end of the electric meter, and the output end of the electric meter is connected to the input end of the elevator air switch. At the input end of the elevator air switch, the monomer meter is connected to the AC220V power switch (the following picture shows the elevator power distribution control box connected to the electricity meter).
