Third, the recruitment method

1, register

2. Qualification examination

Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra will conduct qualification examination and screening according to the registration email received, and notify the best person to take the exam or interview.

Step 3 evaluate the interview

The assessment is organized by the orchestra itself, and the combination of on-site business examination and interview is adopted.

(1) Examination content for performers (self-provided score): Assign a classical piece of music (one movement of Mozart Concerto, including cadenza passages); A work of your choice; Symphony clips (video)

(2) Interview the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the main test positions. The interviewer is the main interviewer, and other examiners can ask supplementary questions.

Step 4 have a physical examination

According to the written test and interview results, calculate the total score and arrange physical examination for the person with the first total score. For the physical examination, refer to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (or the specific requirements put forward by the employer), and those who pass the interview will go to the secondary medical institutions in this city for physical examination.

Step 5 investigate

The survey was organized by Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, focusing on the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality and integrity record.

6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed

According to the assessment and investigation results, the candidates will be publicized on the "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Network" and the unit, and the publicity time is generally not less than 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the higher authorities for examination and approval, and then reported to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.
