Chen Changchun's development in Jindi was smooth sailing, but at the beginning, he also had a huge mental gap. He felt that what he had learned before was basically useless to the present, but Chen Changchun soon found his own life position. His doctorate was just a stepping stone for him to enter Jindi, and everything had to start from scratch. Two years after entering Jindi, Chen Changchun was sent to a property management company. In just 9 months, he upgraded the property management level of "Shenzhen Jindi Garden" to the image of property service; Introduce ISO9000 system into property management in an all-round way and start the management information system at the same time.

Chen Changchun said with a smile that his later promotion was like "getting on a plane, and it was very fast"-for three years, he served as deputy manager, manager, assistant general manager and deputy general manager of Gemdale Real Estate Division. The Golden Bay Garden opened the golden age of Chen Changchun, and this project has undoubtedly become a milestone in the housing development movement in China. Calling customers "the fourth resource" can be regarded as an invention of Chen Changchun. This also stems from a unique trip to Europe, which is still fresh in Chen Changchun's memory. "Walking in the busy street of Frankfurt, Germany, I accidentally saw such a placard standing next to an inconspicuous building-'Goethe once lived here'. At that moment, everything seemed so pale: time, Frankfurt, the surrounding buildings ... my whole consciousness was full of such fragmented words: poetry, Faust, young Witt ... a deep admiration strongly impacted my heart. Through this almost simple building, I saw Goethe's extraordinary and meaningful life. " At that moment, Chen Changchun suddenly realized that no matter how gorgeous these buildings were, they were just simple appearances. What really makes them have their own connotation in the precipitation of time is the people living in the building and their stories.

Chen Changchun found that the most easily overlooked link in China real estate enterprises is people. Therefore, when planning, Gemdale must put customers first-what kind of customers are we looking for? What kind of culture does our product embody? What kind of thoughts do you show?
