The specific process is as follows:

(3) The district traffic police department conducts on-the-spot investigation, planning and appraisal on the site, and puts forward handling opinions and reports them to the municipal traffic police department; (four) notify the applicant to mark the berth and set the parking sign according to the examination and approval requirements;
(5) After passing the acceptance by the municipal and district traffic police departments, motor vehicle parking permits will be issued.

(5) The general plan is in duplicate (the plan is approved by the planning department and stamped with a fresh seal);
(6) The power of attorney of the owners' committee is in duplicate (within the scope jointly owned by the owners, stamped with fresh seal);
(seven) vehicle parking, public security, fire management and other management systems and safety precautions, paper parking lot professional management personnel list, in duplicate (stamped with fresh chapter);
(8) Other materials required by laws and regulations (with fresh seals);
(9) If a letter of introduction is issued for the company, a copy of the ID card of the agent shall be submitted.
What if the property changes the parking space privately?
1. If the owner really needs to change the use of public buildings and facilities according to law, he shall inform the realty service enterprise after going through the relevant formalities according to law;
2. If the realty service enterprise really needs to change the use of public buildings and facilities, it shall be submitted to the owners' meeting for discussion and approval, and the owners shall go through the relevant formalities according to law;
3. The owner's representative can sue the property management company to stop the infringement, remove the obstruction, restore the original state, apologize and compensate for the losses.
