On this basis, the city vigorously promotes the development of "cross-border e-commerce+industrial cluster+industrial park", based on the development advantages of industrial clusters, gives full play to the provincial-level special incentive benefits, promotes the cross-border e-commerce application of clusters such as foreign trade transformation bases and industrial bases, and creates offline cross-border e-commerce industrial parks with different characteristics and misplaced development.

Next, the park will build a service center in Wenzhou, Tik Tok and a network celebrity anchor library to help park enterprises develop cross-border live e-commerce business.

Honglian Cross-border Trade Park, located at No.9 Wen Hui Road, Chuangke Town, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, is now operated by Zhejiang Honglian Culture Development Co., Ltd. It is the first cross-border digital trade theme industrial park in Wenzhou with "government guidance, market operation, policy promotion and subject cultivation". The park is scientifically planned around the cross-border digital trade industry, surrounded by 12 business park incubators, 3 research institutes and 2 talent apartments. The park provides one-stop services such as human resources, law, finance, property management, policy declaration, live broadcast and multi-function hall for settled enterprises. Settled enterprises 120, including 73 cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and 7 cross-border e-commerce enterprises with cross-border e-commerce sales exceeding 6,543.8 billion yuan in 2026, 5438+0. In the future, Honglian Cross-Trade Park will vigorously attract cross-border e-commerce service providers who provide special or comprehensive services, introduce and train more than 3,000 cross-border e-commerce professionals, and accelerate the establishment of a localized cross-border e-commerce full chain service system.

Lucheng cross-border electronic commerce Industrial Park is a large-scale e-commerce industrial park invested and developed by Jianshi Lock Industry Co., Ltd., including cross-border electronic commerce business incubation base, e-commerce talent training base and e-commerce information big data center. In the park, all-channel and all-platform e-commerce resources such as Amazon, ebay, AliExpress, Alibaba, JD.COM and Pinduoduo are gathered to provide complete and high-quality services for settled enterprises. There are 84 cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the park, and large cross-border e-commerce service enterprises such as Jinyao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. have been cultivated. In the next step, the park will build cross-border electronic commerce talent training center, scientific and technological achievements transformation center, youth apartment and other supporting facilities, accelerate the construction of a compound cross-border electronic commerce park integrating platform, supply, sales, warehousing, logistics and other functions, and promote the scale, agglomeration, standardization and quality development of enterprises.

In the next stage, Wenzhou will continue to promote the agglomeration of land, capital, talents and other elements in the park, accelerate the efficient integration of the park with customs supervision, express logistics, industrial clusters, overseas warehouses and other resources, optimize the spatial layout of industrial parks, carry out the application and review of municipal cross-border e-commerce parks, give corresponding policy incentives to qualified industrial parks, and further promote the high-quality agglomeration and development of cross-border e-commerce in Wenzhou.
