Can children of public officials apply for student loans?

Children of public officials can apply for state grants, but they must meet the following conditions:

1, love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

3, honest and trustworthy, excellent moral quality;

4. Study hard and make positive progress;

5. The family has financial difficulties and lives frugally.

Parents are public officials, and due to family financial difficulties, the income they can earn during their school years is not enough to pay the basic expenses (including tuition, accommodation and basic living expenses) needed to complete their studies, so they can apply for loan assistance.

The national grant is to show the concern of the party and the government for students from poor families in ordinary undergraduate colleges, higher vocational colleges and junior colleges. Funded jointly by the central and local governments, it is used to subsidize full-time students with financial difficulties in ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees).

When applying for a loan, the materials that the lender needs to prepare are divided into the following categories:

1, personal identification: ID card, residence permit, household registration book, marriage certificate and other materials;

2. Provide proof of stable income source: bank flow sheet, labor contract, etc.

3. Provide stable proof of address: such as house lease contract, water and electricity bill, property management and other relevant certificates;

4. Other information stipulated by the bank.

The state grant is 3000 yuan per person per year.

Specific standards are determined by the Ministry of Finance in consultation with relevant departments for central colleges and universities, and by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for local colleges and universities.

State grants are assessed once every academic year.

Before September 30th every year, students apply to the university, and the university completes the evaluation before June165438+1October 15 of that year.

State grants are distributed every year in 10 months, and universities distribute state grants to aided students every month.

In the same academic year, students who apply for and receive state grants can apply for and receive state scholarships or state inspirational scholarships at the same time. Students majoring in normal education directly under the Ministry of Education who are trying out free education will no longer receive state grants at the same time.

Article 1 The national student loan is applicable to full-time junior college students with real financial difficulties in institutions of higher learning (hereinafter referred to as schools) in People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao and Taiwan Province Province).
