Property company qualification handling

Legal analysis: Property management companies came into being with the development of real estate and the need of property management. The establishment of a property management company, like other enterprises, must comply with the relevant provisions of the administrative department for industry and commerce and be approved before it can be established.

(1) Submission:

1, enterprise qualification application 2, business license 3, articles of association 4, capital verification certificate (registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan) 5, identity certificate of legal representative of the enterprise 6, employment documents of legal representative and general manager of the enterprise, employment documents of economic, technical and financial leaders of the enterprise, professional titles and qualification certificates of professional and technical personnel of the enterprise 7, certificate of fixed office space of the enterprise.

(2) Application procedures:

Submit relevant materials-preliminary examination of county real estate department-approval and certification of municipal real estate department.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Property Management Enterprises, a newly established property management enterprise shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, apply to the real estate administrative department of the municipal people's government where the industrial and commercial registration is located with the following documents:

(1) Business license; (2) Articles of association of the enterprise; (3) capital verification certificate; (four) the identity certificate of the legal representative of the enterprise; (five) professional qualification certificates and labor contracts of property management professionals, professional title certificates and labor contracts of management and technical personnel.
